1. What MealDNA is

MealDNA generates personalized meal plans. Nutrition figures are calculated by our software from the USDA FoodData Central database using the gram quantities in your plan. Recipe ideas are drafted with the assistance of an AI model; the nutrition numbers themselves are computed by our software, not produced by the model.

2. Not medical advice

MealDNA provides general wellness information, not medical advice. It is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional or registered dietitian. Talk to a professional before making significant dietary changes, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, managing a medical condition, or taking medication.

If you tell us during onboarding that you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a history of an eating disorder, take medication for diabetes, have kidney disease, are at risk of anaphylaxis, or have another relevant medical condition, we will decline to generate a plan and will recommend you speak with a professional instead.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information — your plan is calculated from what you enter.
• Tell us about allergies and foods you must avoid, and check every recipe yourself before eating it.
• Do not rely on MealDNA to detect allergens on your behalf if a reaction would be severe.
• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a plan.

4. Payment and refunds

Plans are sold as a one-time purchase, processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details. Your plan is built after your payment is confirmed.

If we cannot build your plan, we refund you automatically. Our system retries a failed generation several times; if it still cannot produce a plan that passes our safety and accuracy checks, the charge is reversed without you having to ask, and the plan is marked as failed.

A change-of-mind refund policy has not yet been set and must be defined before this product accepts real payments. The automatic refund above covers our failure to deliver; it is not a statement about cancellations or dissatisfaction.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not resell or redistribute generated plans.
• Do not attempt to bypass usage limits or create accounts in bulk.
• Do not attempt to circumvent the health screening step.

6. Limitation of liability

MealDNA is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for outcomes resulting from following a generated plan. This section requires legal review before launch.
